Terms & Conditions
Please carefully read through the terms and conditions before placing your orders. Once placing an order at JoJo’s Treasured Beauties you have agreed to the terms and conditions below.

Hand Made Products
Our products, are handcrafted by myself and are not machine made, please be aware there may be small imperfections and items may not be exactly the same as the photo product. This is part of the handmade process, which is what makes our products unique. This should not affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use intended, it will just add to its story.

Ordering Procedure
All orders are dealt with on an individual basis. All items are subject to availability, we will notify you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
The majority of our items are all handmade. While color and duplicates are as close to photos shown, every piece is an individual with their own variations. We cannot accept responsibly for these variations.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel a generic order from the moment you place the order. Custom items cannot be cancelled or returned. All items sold are final and are not returnable.

Complaints
Please note, any damages to your order must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt via email or writing. Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
